DEF LEPPARD To Release New Single, Appear On TV
January 9, 2003"Long Long Way To Go", the third single from DEF LEPPARD's latest CD, "X", has been scheduled for release on Feb. 24. The various versions of the CD-single that will be available in the shops, will include one or more of the following extra tracks:
- "Now" (live acoustic, recorded in Germany)
- "Hysteria" (live acoustic, recorded in Germany)
- "Long Long Way To Go" (live in Japan)
- "Now" (live in Japan)
- "10 X Bigger Than Love" (previously unreleased)
- "Gimme A Job" (previously unreleased)
The video, which will be partly shot in Spain in the first week of February and most likely to be directed by an as-yet-to-be-confirmed Brit who has worked with the band before, contains a storyline by guitarist Phil Collen.
In other news, the Jan. 14 episode of the new NBC sitcom "Hidden Hills", called "The Concert", features footage from DEF LEPPARD's recent show in Denver, Colorado (Dec. 17). The producers of the show filmed parts of the band's concert, to be included in the storyline based around two couples. No further details are known about the way DEF LEPPARD (or their show) is featured in the episode, which will be broadcast at 9:30 p.m. EST.
